The type show exhibition is an annual exhibition project held by The Art & Art history department of The University of Texas at Arlington and it features designs from visual communication design students. The exhibition poster is the main focus of the show along with additional ephemera meant to serve as merchandise. To capture the anticipation and excitement for the event, I designed a poster with a Neon theme. The neon color used in contrast with the background poster caters to the target audience of college students, with the overall look being neutral enough for all students.
